We regret to inform you that the insurance policy we carry on the Basketball/Cheerleading league WILL NOT cover any accidents or injuries incurred during competition cheer. Our policy will only provide coverage during regular scheduled practices and season games and tournament games. If your squad plans to participate in any competition cheering events, you MUST obtain a rider policy. Our insurance provider is Nationwide Insurance, agent Eddie Moreland, at 476-7587. Please contact his office if you wish to obtain a quote or purchase a rider policy to provide your competition coverage needs. |

Our department currently has two cheerleading programs, one league cheers for our Youth Football League and the other cheers for the Elementary Basketball League. Registrations will be taken at the same times and locations of the football players. There is not a try-out for this league. All that register will cheer. Basketball Cheerleading does require the girls to try out. Try-outs may not be held before October 1st. Cheer try-outs will be advertised at your child's school. We now have the ability to contact you with the phone service, One Call Now.
