CHEERLEADING

Our department currently has one cheer program for the County Elementary Basketball League.

Basketball Cheer does require the girls to try out. Try-outs may not be held before girls basketball teams are selected. Cheer try-outs will be advertised at your child's school.

CHEER COMPETITION

We regret to inform you that the insurance policy we carry on the Basketball/Cheer league WILL NOT cover any accidents or injuries incurred during competition cheer. Our policy will only provide coverage during regular scheduled practices and season games and tournament games. If your squad plans to participate in any competition cheering events, you MUST obtain a rider policy. Our insurance provider is Nationwide Insurance, agent Allyson Hannah, at 476-7587. Please contact her office if you wish to obtain a quote or purchase a rider policy to provide your competition coverage needs.
